June 1, 2022 was a historic day for our organization. The y30.ch team decided to head to torpedo_coffee headquarters to roast our first batch of coffee. We had the opportunity to discuss with Lucie Adisson, a professional roaster and coffee consultant, who shared with us the science of roasting coffee. It was a privilege to watch her work.

This day was very special for all our members, whether in Geneva or Sana’a, as it is the result of our many years of hard work. Both our fundraisers in Switzerland and our farmers in Sana’a have been waiting for the day when our coffee would finally be roasted. In the meantime, we would like to express our deep gratitude to all the people who have supported us so far.
