OUR STORY
AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT:
In 2017, Y30 purchased coffee seedlings from high-quality plant nurseries in Sana’a and gifted them to farmers in the Manakhah district of the Sana’a Governorate to support the growth of coffee crops. This first initiative led Y30 to open plant nurseries with an increasing production capacity for greater coffee production. Following the success of these nurseries, Y30 opened a new type of nursery specializing in the production of vegetable seedlings, particularly tomatoes and chili peppers. Due to the importance of water in agriculture, Y30 has also renovated three ponds in the Manakhah district and built four new basins.

EDUCATION :
In 2019, Y30 opened its first literacy class for women and girls from the rural region of Manakhah. This project was met with great success, leading Y30 to open additional classes. Ten centers were gifted thirty sewing machines to enable women and girls to acquire employable or profitable skills, allowing them to earn a livelihood and support themselves and their families.
Firmly believing in the pivotal role of education in the lives of young people, Y30 established a training and consulting institute in Sana’a in June 2022. The Y30 Institute of Medical and Applied Sciences offers numerous training courses in various fields, including technology, business, and management.
HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE:
Since 2017, our association has been committed to aiding the most vulnerable families by providing them with lunches. To date, the Y30 association has served over 3 million meals since its establishment, up until 2024.

HEALTH CARE :
In 2022, Y30’s team met Malak, a child suffering from a physical anomaly, which inspired them to take further action for children with disabilities. Consequently, Y30 established the Vision for a Better Future Center. The center welcomes about sixty children with disabilities and provides them with many services, including cognitive behavioral therapy, speech therapy, and recreational therapy. Moreover, Y30 has coordinated its efforts with the Artificial Limbs Center in Sana’a to donate artificial limbs and wheelchairs to those in need. Our center is very active in the social life of such children and organizes entertainment days and honor parties.
