In a scene that repeats itself every year, and amid growing humanitarian needs, the Y30 Association’s KHAIR RESTAURANTS continue their humanitarian mission during the holy month of Ramadan in 2026, confirming that giving is not a passing season, but a continuous commitment throughout the year.
The KHAIR RESTAURANTS operate daily throughout the year, providing meals for the most needy families. With the arrival of Ramadan, efforts are redoubled, and the scope of work is expanded to include the distribution of full breakfast meals to those fasting, recognising the importance of this month and its spiritual and social significance.
During Ramadan
The meals contained balanced nutritional components that met the basic needs of those fasting, while adhering to standards of hygiene and quality in preparation and distribution, with the participation of a team of volunteers who worked in a spirit of responsibility and solidarity.
The project management emphasised that the RESTAURANTS’ operation throughout the year reflects the association’s vision of achieving food security for the most vulnerable groups, and that Ramadan activities are an extension of this humanitarian effort, not just a seasonal initiative.
The Y30 Association calls on charitable people and supporters to continue supporting this sustainable humanitarian project to ensure that meals continue to be provided to those in need during Ramadan and throughout the year.
KHAIR RESTAURANTS are not just places to prepare food, but spaces for hope, messages of solidarity, and true embodiments of the values of mutual support that Yemeni society embodies in its finest form.
