Khair Restaurants during the holy month of Ramadan

Since their creation back in 2018, the Khair Restaurants have continued to feed thousands of Yemenis.

The distribution of meals is particularly taking place during this period of Ramadan, the holy month of the Muslims where everyone fasts during the day and feeds when the sun is down. During this very important period, the daily diet is concentrated around two main meals: “Sahour” and “Fatour”.

This year, thanks to the donations received from donors and partners, the Khair Restaurants are able to distribute meals with vegetables, bread and meat to 1 400 families per day.

This initiative therefore brings hope and love during this holy month of Ramadan, and enables the population to continue this important tradition despite the war.

 

We also had visits from several media, including one of the most important television channels in the ‘Arab world’!
