Y30, in collaboration with Yemen’s Ministry of Agriculture and agricultural expert Mr. Khaled Al-Mahfadi, successfully organized a series of educational seminars for farmers in Haraz on November 23rd, 2019.
The initiative focused on empowering farmers with practical strategies for proper land management and plantation techniques. Y30 played a key role in facilitating the event by providing the necessary equipment to ensure its smooth operation.
The seminar was divided into two sessions, specifically catering to women farmers in the first session and men in the second. The event’s significance was highlighted by the presence of three major Yemeni media outlets: Agencia EFE, Reuters Agency, and Almasirah Channel.
